1. Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from lshapeddesk.co.uk. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be issued.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

- Clearance or final sale items.
- Assembled or used items.
